I am Katie Gregory a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist, proud member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association and founder of Whole Alchemy, based in Bilgola Plateau, just up the road from Avalon on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

 Before I discovered natural therapies I had little understanding of how to treat my body properly.  Living a life that involved excess in many areas left me both physically and emotionally depleted.  After finding Naturopathy I quickly discovered how amazing the world of natural medicine is and how much we can do for ourselves in order to prevent illness as well as recover from it.

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and using my skills to improve the health of those around me as well as giving my clients the tools and confidence to achieve their goals.  In a world which can often be fast paced and stressful, I hope to be a practitioner who can give my clients the time and attention they deserve while providing them with clarity and guidance towards their health.
